This winter, AFDF collaborated with a variety of partners including NOAA Fisheries, the Alaska Mariculture Alliance, the World Wildlife Fund, and others to identify common questions and concerns regarding the Alaska mariculture industry. The result is five Alaska Mariculture Fact Sheets that address topics such as farm scale, marine mammal entanglement, impacts to the ocean floor, synergies with the fishing industry.
